They were able to get me in pretty quickly for tightening up my transfer case bolts that had shimmied loose, and noticed that there was one missing and put a new one in. Very happy!
Had to get the wheel bearings fixed on the left side and than a drive belt was cracked so got that fixed as well. Did a wonderful job !!!!!!
The staff at Bergren were wonderful. We pulled in late on a summer Friday and they immediately took the time to diagnose the problem with no giant emergency fees. They ordered a radiator and put it in first thing Monday morning. I’m not sure there’s a shop like this anywhere, and we feel lucky to have experienced their high level of service AND kindness. Transmission light had been coming on although the fluids were good. I was only in town a few days and although they were booked they moved things around and made time to get my car in. I was very grateful! Everyone that I spoke to was helpful and professional.
The employees are great, they fix the problem the first time , do the repair for a reasonable price, I highly recommend them, a great business to deal with.
